Base station or Emlid Corrections?
Both are valid approaches. A base station gives you full independence from internet connectivity and is great for permanent or semi-permanent setups. Emlid Corrections is ideal when you need to move between job sites, work across regions, or simply want to skip the base station logistics entirely.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes — Emlid Corrections delivers corrections over the internet, so your phone needs to be online while working. A standard mobile data connection is sufficient.
Does it work with third-party receivers?
Emlid Corrections is currently available for Emlid RX2, RS4, RS4 Pro, RS3, RX, and RS2/RS2+.
Can I still use radio and regular NTRIP?
Absolutely. Emlid Corrections is one of several correction input options in Emlid Flow — you can switch between correction sources anytime.
Can I transfer it to another device?
Each license is tied to one device serial number and cannot be transferred. If you need corrections for multiple receivers, each requires its own license.
