Sales Support Specialist

Now we are looking for an Sales Support Specialist to our office in Budapest.

Responsibilities

• process internet orders: send orders online via logistics service, prepare invoices and necessary documents, interact with clients, warehouse and transport company in case of any problems;
• communicate with customers worldwide in English, providing actual information on orders, delivery, special offers and other questions;
• cooperate with our dealers around the world and develop dealership in other countries;
• prepare reports on direct, dealer and regional sales.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor or Master’s degree;
• 1+ year experience in a relevant position;
• strong verbal and written English skills: Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher, fluent Spanish will be your advantage;
• strong MS Office skills, Excel at an advanced level is a must;
• good communication skills and writing literacy.
