Hardware Design Engineer

Now we are looking for an Hardware Design Engineer to our office in Budapest.

Responsibilities

  • design electronic printed circuit boards (from an idea, through schematic, up to layout);
  • bring up and validate prototypes, create test plans and equipment for testing devices on mass-production;
  • prepare documentation for manufacturing of the designed PCBs and provide technical support for mass-production;
  • technical support of the Embedded Software Engineers from the electronics perspective.

What we expect from you

  • high level of skills in PCB design (we use Altium Designer);
  • deep knowledge of different types of low-power electronics;
  • understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembling process, understanding of DFM, DFA and DFT principles;
  • English fluency both written and spoken (Upper-intermediate level or higher).

Nice to have

  • experience in design of the products, produced in high volumes (more than 10k per year);
  • experience and knowledge in the field of RF electronics;
  • experience and knowledge in high-speed and high-density PCB design.
