We develop both hardware and software ourselves, and constantly communicate with our users to gather feedback that inspires us to enhance our products.<\/p>\n<p>Our team is united by a shared interest in research, deep engagement in tasks, and a collective drive for excellence \u2014 and we welcome those who share our values and approach to work.<\/p>\n<p>Now we\u2019re looking for a new <b>Sales Engineer<\/b>\u00a0to join our team.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own incoming sales requests from qualification and technical discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing;<\/li>\n<li>Understand customer workflows and technical requirements and recommend the right Emlid hardware and software solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Handle pre-sales technical questions independently and provide product demos or consultations when needed;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare commercial proposals, follow up with customers, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong CRM discipline: keep CRM records, next steps, and forecasts accurate and up to date;<\/li>\n<li>Work toward individual and team sales and revenue targets;<\/li>\n<li>Represent Emlid at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong technical background in Engineering, Geodesy, Surveying, Construction, Computer Science, or a related technical field;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in technical or solution sales involving hardware and software products, or a clear commercial mindset and interest in sales;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical customers;<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive deals to closing;<\/li>\n<li>Experience using CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, activity tracking, and disciplined follow-up;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in spoken and written English at B2 level or higher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we offer:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Time off<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 20 days off per year, plus 5 public holidays per year.<\/li>\n<li><b>Sick leave<\/b> \u2014 up to 10 days per year, during which your contract payment will remain unchanged.<\/li>\n<li><b>Streamlined processes<\/b>\u00a0\u2014 Only focused, purposeful meetings and clear workflows, so you can actually get things done.<\/li>\n<li><b>Growth and development<\/b> \u2014 We encourage your professional journey by offering learning opportunities, mentorship, and space to take on new challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ready to join our team?<\/p>\n<p>Send your application to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@emlid.com\">hr@emlid.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- notionvc: 7abfdd8a-f4e6-430b-bc7c-47834f13d88a --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Emlid, we make modern professional geodetic equipment for highly accurate measurements.
