FAQ

    • Where will the event take place? The event will take place in Istanbul, Turkey, in Hilton Bomonti Hotel.
 
    • Where will the accommodation be? Accommodation will be in the same hotel  – Hilton Bomonti Hotel.
 
    • What is included in participation? We will cover all the expenses associated with accommodation, meals, and activities during conference days.
 
    • What should I pay by myself? Flight tickets, visa, insurance.
 
    • What are the Covid entry restrictions in Turkey? Please check the entry requirement to Turkey from your county on the official website.
 
    • What should I fill out before entering Turkey? Please, fill out this form to get a Turkey travel health certificate.
 
    • What are the Covid restrictions in Turkey? You need to wear masks in all public places.
 
 
    • Should I have PCR or vaccine certificate for the event? No, you don’t need any of this to check in to the hotel or Dealer Conference. But please, check out the Turkey entry restrictions.
 
    • Will you organize the transfer upon arrival? Yes. Please, share your flight details with us until April 10, so we have time to arrange it.
 
    • Do I need insurance? It is always better to have insurance covering all days of your trip.
 
    • What should I take with me? Only things that you need for the event days. Don’t forget about the EU plugins.
 
    • Is there any dress code? Business casual. Please wear what you are comfortable in.
 
    • What if I have food allergies or special diets? Please, fill out the Typeform to share all your food and beverage preferences with us until April 1.


    • What if I want to cancel my participation in the Conference? Please, tell us about it as soon as you can. Preferably, until April 1. If you have any emergencies with flight details, Covid, or any other issues, let us know, and we’ll try to help you.
