Graphic Designer
At Emlid, we make modern professional geodetic equipment for highly accurate measurements. We develop both hardware and software ourselves, and constantly communicate with our users to gather feedback that inspires us to enhance our products.
Our team is united by a shared interest in research, deep engagement in tasks, and a collective drive for excellence — and we welcome those who share our values and approach to work.
Now we’re looking for a new Graphic Designer to join our team in Budapest.
You will help shape how we present ourselves to our customers across different communication channels — social media, websites, and events. Our goal is to tell a clear and concise story and show Emlid at its best.
At Emlid, design plays an important role in building trust and defining our position in the market. While many competitors underestimate the value of design, we take pride in delivering thoughtful and high-quality visuals to our customers.
You will be involved in improving and refining our brand across multiple levels.
Our audience consists of professionals in land surveying, construction, and drone mapping. Our visual identity should inspire confidence and reliability. Improving our design is not just about making things look good — it’s about strengthening our brand identity through how everything looks and works.
Here are all the things that design touches:
- Printed materials — brochures, datasheets, manuals, and documentation that communicate clearly and are easy to use;
- Event materials — expo stands, booth graphics, banners, and printed merch, created in collaboration with the Industrial Design team;
- Packaging and printed inserts;
- Graphics for social media and marketing campaigns;
- Partner materials — visual identity guidelines and ready-to-use assets;
- Consistent, print-based brand look and feel across all touchpoints;
- Merchandise and branded gifts.
What we expect from you:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Communication Designer;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English at an Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher;
- Strong design, organizational, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma;
- A portfolio with your projects;
- Basic illustration skills would be considered an advantage.
